“International Place” Terms and Conditions of Trade
These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and trading with International Place. Please read the terms in full before you use our Website. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use this Website. Using the Website implies that you accept these terms. We do occasionally update these terms so please refer back to them in the future.
ORDERS
Orders can be placed by; Telephone and through the web site.
All export orders must be accompanied by evidence of export before invoicing, otherwise VAT will be charged.
Any deal should be signed by contract which we send and discuss with the buyer.
PAYMENT
All prices in the price lists and website are EXW prices by Incoterms 2000 (Price of the furniture in the storage of the factory). To know exactly price you should contact with our manager.
Payment can be made in the following ways:
T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) - 100% prepayment
Only when the funds are received will the invoice be deemed paid and goods despatched. All export orders must be paid in Euro or USD.
MINIMUM ORDER
Minimum order should be equivalent to 7500 USD or 5300 Euros.
DELIVERY
All orders deliver within 1 month after receiving payment (depend on territory and time of customs clear) and all invoices must be paid in full. Shipping conditions based on Incoterms 2000. We discuss it with each customer individually. All invoices must be paid in full. Customer should provide receiving of furniture on his side which means to clear customs taxes and other expenses.
TRANSPORT COMPANIES
Our company support customers and we are ready to find shipping company for customers, payment of the shipping depend on the type of shipping conditions (see DELIVERY)
RETURNS
Incorrectly ordered items or cancelled orders cannot be returned. Goods that have to be exchanged must be retained in exactly the same condition as they were acquired. These goods must show no evidence of assembly and must be in their original packaging. Retailers must ensure that their customers open packaging in a manner that can easily be put back together and that all items are checked before assembling. Goods that show any sign of assembly cannot be returned. Items that are returned incomplete (Inc fittings, knobs etc) will not be credited. Assembled goods cannot be returned under any circumstance. Prior notice must be given for goods that are to be returned ensuring that all the above conditions are met and also the original invoice must be made available. Returned goods can only be accepted by specifically arranged collection after authorisation with the sales team. If goods are to be refused at point of delivery, the nature of the damage together with the invoice number must be reported when notifying the helpline. Where applicable spare parts will be posted to rectify problems. “International Place” will not be responsible for any losses occurred in the delivery of wrong or faulty goods. “International Place” will not be liable for any losses incurred, howsoever caused, in all aspects of day-to-day running of the business.
PRINTED MATERIALS AND PRICE LIST
Colours in any printed material are as close to the real colours as the limitation of the printing process will allow. All colours are for descriptive purposes only. Dimensions are in mm and are approximates only and may vary. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
SITE ACCESS
You will be able to access the majority of this Website without having to register any details with us. However, particular areas of this Website will only be accessible only if you have registered.
USE OF WEBSITE
You are permitted to use our website for your own purposes and to print and download material from this Website provided that you do not modify any content without our consent. Material on this website must not be republished online or offline without our permission.
